Refund policy

We at Coastalnista offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lovecoastaliving@yahoo.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. We do not accept returns for items that were not requested prior to sending them back to us.

For damages or issues with your order, please inspect the item upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as personalized or customized items and designs. Sale and clearance items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If you purchased our products through one of our stockists, please return the item to the place of purchase. We do not accept returns unless the item was purchased directly from coastalnista.com.

For exchanges, please contact us at lovecoastaliving@yahoo.com to inquire about exchanging your item for a different size or style.

We will notify you via email once we receive and inspect your returned item. If the refund is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
